What is the delivery time for my orders?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. In general, deliveries are made between 3 and 10 business days. You can track the status of your order using the tracking code provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Why do products take 3 to 10 business days to arrive?
We work with products priced below market value, and to achieve this, we partner with international suppliers. Therefore, when a new order is placed in our store, we send the request to our suppliers, who ship directly to your residence.
How can I track my orders?

What is your exchange and return policy?
We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving the product. Items must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in their original packaging.
