Why do products take 3 to 10 business days to arrive?

We work with products priced below market value, and to achieve this, we partner with international suppliers. When a new order is placed in our store, we forward the request to our suppliers, who ship directly to your residence.

What is your exchange and return policy?

We accept exchanges and returns within 15 days of receiving the product. Items must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in their original packaging.
